Junior client acountant

Responsibilities:
Handle a portfolio of clients
Maintain accounting records and completing day to day bookkeeping
Responsible for the preparation of management accounts and VAT compliance
Preparation of monthly Payroll and FSS requirements
Meeting with clients and attending to a variety of their requests and queries
Responding and assisting to ad-hoc queries and tasks as instructed from management

Requirements:
First stages of ACCA or in possession of an Advanced Diploma in Accounting considered an asset
Previous experience within an accounting environment would be considered an asset
Proficient with MS office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
Able to work on own initiative and in a team, whilst adhering to deadlines
