Our client is a growing company with a dynamic team supporting a
wide variety of sports betting brands. They are looking for a
motivated Spanish speaking Customer Support Agent to join their
offices in Malta. The chosen candidate will work within 24/7
operations and focus on LATAM markets. In order to succeed in the
role you are required to have minimum of 2 years’ experience
working within sports betting environment.
Organise and prioritize incoming inquiries.
Make sure all clients questions are answered and problems are solved in a fast, accurate and friendly manner.
Perform periodic routine checks and responds to all tickets submitted through JIRA Service Desk and use a knowledge base tool along with your expertise to resolve tier one requests in a timely fashion.
Cooperate with internal teams on inquires requiring specialized support.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working within sports betting environment.
Self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised as well as being able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent level of Spanish language (both spoken and written).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proactive, flexible attitude to work with a willingness to constantly learn, review and improve skills and processes.
High level of initiative, accountability, communication, attention to detail and ability to follow process and procedures.
Willing to work night shifts.
