Customer Service Representative for a Canadian company. In this
role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our business
operations and ensuring exceptional customer service to our
clients.
Responsibilities:
•Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a
professional and friendly manner.
•Address customer concerns, complaints, and resolve issues
promptly and efficiently.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and
high-quality service.
Requirements:
•Fluency in both English & French is essential.
•Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in both
languages, both written and verbal.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
with customers and colleagues.
•Demonstrated ability to provide customer service and handle
customer inquiries professionally.
•Ability to work PM shifts (from 3PM to 12AM).
