The role:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the 1st point of contact
for many customers. You will be asked to:
• Perform data entry and use software programs;
• Give support to customers through multiple communication
channels;
• Help our customers with all their enquiries, such as business
accounts, answering their inquiries and providing customer support
with efficiency, accuracy and speed.
The ideal candidate:
• Fluency in English;
• Superior Communication skills, both verbal and oral;
• Native level fluency in Italian,
• Strong computer skills and good internet knowledge;
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
