Polish speakers - voice data collector in germany

As part of this project, Appen collects voice data in Polish to train and develop artificial intelligence algorithms that will be used to improve speech recognition technology.

We are looking for Polish Speakers who will read and record short sentences using our Appen Mobile application.


Project Description:
The task contains a total of 1000 short sentences to be read on the screen and recorded using the Appen Mobile app. All you have to do is use our sentences written, you don't have to create your own.

-Example of a sentence you would need to read: "Okay Alexa, I need directions to work"


Duration of Task:
Each sentence will take 3-6 seconds on average. In total, for 1000 recordings, please plan 5 hours. Of course, we recommend taking breaks and will give you at least 7 days to record the whole thing.


Key Requirements:
-Having a current smartphone
(The iOS device must be an iPhone 8 or later OR, Android device must be 2017 or newer)
-You must be a fluent Polish speaker living in Germany
-Ability to record in a very quiet environment inside your home, free from any ambient noise
