Manpower Planning and Recruitment:
• Manpower planning and budgeting process in consultation with Dept Heads.
• Internal and external recruitments & control of recruitment cost vs budget.
• Releasing advertisements and liaison with agencies, conduct interview, salary negotiation and job offers.
• Handling the entire recruitment and selection process as per the HR manual, including the induction program.
Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions:
• Analyzing job and writing job descriptions based on the man power requests.
• Determining levels of job specifications including education, experience and other required specific skills.
• Job grading, position titling, pay mix analysis, salary & benefits review, benefit analysis, pay band creation.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Designing, and implementing fair compensation & benefit system.
• Reviewing incentive plans and ensuring the timely release of payments to foster high performance driven business.
• Administration of salary reviews and incentive payouts.

HRIS & MIS:
