I am a dynamic management professional, holding a Master Degree in HRM with hands on solid experience of over nine years, specifically in HR and General Administration. My expertise includes but not limited to Policy Designing, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Employee Relationship, etc. With my language fluency in both Arabic and English, now looking for challenging role in HR field in Qatar.

During my career, I have worked in following positions at All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama (ACJU) which is the Council of Islamic Religious Leaders of Sri Lanka:

Manager – Human Resources Administration and Secretariat: 2020 January to 2022 August
Assistant Manager - Human Resources & Administration: 2017 January to 2019 December
Senior HR & Administrative Assistant: 2016 February to 2016 December
HR & Administrative Assistant: 2013 May to 2016 January

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning and Recruitment:
• Manpower planning and budgeting process in consultation with Dept Heads.
• Internal and external recruitments & control of recruitment cost vs budget.
• Releasing advertisements and liaison with agencies, conduct interview, salary negotiation and job offers.
• Handling the entire recruitment and selection process as per the HR manual, including the induction program.

Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions:
• Analyzing job and writing job descriptions based on the man power requests.
• Determining levels of job specifications including education, experience and other required specific skills.
• Job grading, position titling, pay mix analysis, salary & benefits review, benefit analysis, pay band creation.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Designing, and implementing fair compensation & benefit system.
• Reviewing incentive plans and ensuring the timely release of payments to foster high performance driven business.
• Administration of salary reviews and incentive payouts.
• Providing advice and guidance to management and employees on existing benefits.

• Updating and maintaining employee data in HRIS.
• Preparing needful reports on need basis.
• Payroll support in terms of attendance leave and disciplinary actions in terms of attendance irregularity.

Performance Management:
• Designing and implementing performance management.
• Carrying out 360-degree feedback performance management system.


• 2017 - 2019: Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management awarded by the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
• 2010 - 2014: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts awarded by the University of Peradeniya.
