Benefits package
Benefits applies to positive aspects of employment that are not salary. Health
plans are the most common form of this, while other "perks might be use
of a company car or retirement plans that the employee can pay into and the
company will match.
Benefits are often excluded from the employee's gross income and are therefore untaxed.
