It’s worth noting that large hotels offer babysitting services for their guests. The following links will also be of help:

Seoul offers day care and educational facilities for young children, most of them operating full day programmes. Both state and private day care centres exist and the costs vary depending on the age of your child, the type of facility and so on, but state-run centres usually cost between 240 and 450 euros a month, private ones ranging between 120 and 250 euros a month.

PRE-SCHOOLS/PROGRAMS are also available for foreign residents and are usually found in the areas of town where expats live and work. Some international schools offer a pre-school program, but there are also independent pre-schools. Costs are relatively high and companies do not necessarily cover pre-school costs. Most programmes are aimed at kids of 2 1/2 to 3 years of age or older. Some recommended international pre-schools are:

Bright Beginnings - an English Preschool in Seongbuk-dong for children aged 3 and up. Tel: (011)704-9331.

ECLC International Kindergarten is a non-profit international early years school for children aged 2 1/2 to 6 years. It is an English-speaking school with an enrolment of approximately 170 children representing 25 different countries and is located in Hannam-dong in Yongsan-gu. Tel: (02) 795-8418.

Kids of the Nation International School (KONIS) offers a Montessori Program in English in the Pyeoungchang-dong district. Tel: (02) 3217-9030.
