Installation

The provider will contact you to inform you of the approval of your application and schedule the installation of your phone line. They will send a technician to perform installation.

Information necessary to install a phone line, reconnect or switch service may include:

• Valid ID (passport, driver's license, company ID, etc.) for proof of identification
• Proof of billing (electric bill, water bill, credit card bill, etc.) to validate the billing address declared by the subscriber
• Financial documents (income tax return, bank documents, etc.) to establish proof of income
