The Philippine Postal Corporation is Manila's mail service. It is more popularly known as PHLPost.

Letters are addressed:

Miss Auria M. Francisco (recipient)
75 P. Domingo Street (unit number or house/building/street number + street name)
Carmona, Makati City (barangay/district name, city/municipality)
1207 Metro Manila (postal code + province)
Philippines (country)

Note that the return address is on the top left corner on the front of the envelope.

Mail prices are usually according to weight and destination. A detailed list of postage rates can be found here.

Post Offices

Post offices in Manila are generally open from 09:00-17:00 on weekdays. Some branches are open on Saturday mornings. The PHLPost website offers a directory of Post Offices.
