To find the best deals, book months in advance. Mid-range hotels can be rented for about $50-60 a night, with many other hotels falling below, or rising above that range.

B&B in Panama

A bed & breakfast can feel like a natural and less pretentious environment than a hotel. A B&B is often more expensive than a regular hotel. Bed & Breakfast accommodations are widely available, even in remote areas.

The price per night for bed and breakfasts will vary. You will find some as low as $50 USD per night and some as high $300 USD per night. But on average, most seem to fall in the $80 to $150 price range.
