From a foreign country, you will need to dial 00 and 91 to reach India and 11 for Delhi.

The city has basic landline operators as well as many mobile telephony providers. State-owned MTNL and private enterprises like Vodafone Essar, Airtel, Idea cellular, Reliance Infocomm and Tata Indicom provide telephone and cell phone services in the city.
