Though real estate prices have come down a little during the global economic crisis, finding reasonable, quality accommodation in a good neighbourhood in Delhi can still be quite a challenge. I was told that there was a French expatriate whose name is Doris and who set a relocation agency in Delhi. I found a flat quickly thanks to her help so it is a tip I am giving for my expatriates colleagues on this forum !
