To call emergency services, you should dial 123. There is no unified ambulance service in Bogota, and you will be sent an ambulance from your nearby hospital. All emergency services are included in the basic health plan.

It is easy to find a pharmacy (droguería) in Bogota. Normal opening hours are from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 – 20:00, but some are open 24/7 and offer delivery services.
