Mobile Phone Fees in Bulgaria

The Mtel contract costs 9.6 BNG per month and allows you to talk 'free' for 20 minutes. After the free talk, calls cost 0.30 BNG to another Mtel mobile devices and 0.48 BNG to other networks. SIM cards can cost anywhere from 10 BNG to more.
