What is the minimum wage in the UK?

The minimum wage (National Minimum Wage) in the UK vary depending on age.

Adult hourly wage for people aged 22 years and older:
£ 5.05 per hour (at 1 October 2005)

For tr availleurs between 18-21 included:
£ 4.25 per hour (on October 1, 2005). This rate can also be applied to workers over 22 years during their first 6 months in a new job (the employer must be accredited for f rovide training).

There is a slice of £ 3/hour between 16-17yrs (on October 1, 2005).
