House sharing for english speaking student of foreign worker

I’m a french single woman and my 20 years's daughter left the house to study in France.
I'd be glad to share 2 spare rooms in this house which is located in Le Lamentin – Martinique FWI - with 1 or 2 english speaking foreign students (girl or boy) who want to learn French.
The 2 rooms are around 12 square meters, with 2 windows (1 big one and one small one) and 2 big built-in cupboards and 140x190 beds. There is a private bathroom and toilets for one of those 2 rooms.
There‘s inside the property a quite big garden with many exotic fruits.
The house is located close to a small grocery (5 mn by walk) and 2kms from the Galleria commercial center. The closest high schools are ACAJOU1 and 2. Closest hospital is one quarter by car.
Please make sure you like the animals and do not have any allergy as I have 2 kind dogs and 2 cats.
No rental during Holiday summer July and August.
