5. Cash Flow Management:
• Oversee the cash flow for the region and ensure optimal utilization of
funds.
• Implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency.

regulations.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any financial
compliance issues.
7. Team Leadership and Development:
