Entrance with wardrobe-closet. Light & spacious living room and dining room with wooden floor. Semi-open, fully equipped kitchen, giving access to patio garden. Shower with basin and toilet.
First floor with two spacious bedrooms, extra sink and access to sunny roof terrace (South-East side). Attic with wooden floor and two windows, very suitable as a spare bedroom/study.
The rent
Furnished: € 1.500 per month, excluding utilities and tax.
We charge a two months deposit, and a 10% extra deposit if the tenant brings a pet.
We will gladly support additional services such as a cleaning lady or help with getting settled in the Netherlands.
