It is located in a rather new and lively district: dancing bars, cour saint Emilion / Bercy marina / train bleu. All are 5 minutes away on foot. With the new pedestrian passerelle (footbridge Simone de beauvoir) cross the seine and have a drink on the Seine banks, a trendy area where all Parisians love to go out (Guinguette Pirate / Batofar etc...)
