    “Northerners”, those from the north of Tel Aviv, are basically yuppies. They tend to hang out in Basel Street. Some of Tel Aviv’s best-known cafés and restaurants are situated on Sheinkin Street. Check out the special ambience at the meeting of Nachmani and Montefiore Streets: you’ll find early twentieth century architecture, cute cafés, bistros and a number of recommended restaurants.
