    Last update: 10/11/2003

If a French doctor signs you off work, you must submit, within 3 days, to the health Insurance Centre of your place of residence, the medical certificate (completed with your details) and the duplicate concerning your inability to work written by your physician. You will give to your employer the third duplicate.

In other cases, you will not get indemnity payment for your time off work.
