For your offers and searches for employment, EasyExpat provides a Job section where to post job offers and CV.
    Last update: 10/11/2003

If a person is made redundant or terminates his or her studies, and there is no job in sight, he or she should immediately register as a job applicant at the employment office. One condition for entitlement to unemployment security is that the unemployed has registered with the employment office. Also the waiting period, i.e. the period when unemployment benefit is not paid, normally starts after registration with the employment office.

    Labour market support

Unemployed persons who have received daily unemployment benefit for the maximum period may be granted labour market support. Self-employed persons, too, are under certain conditions entitled to earnings-related unemployment allowance or basic daily allowance and training allowance.
