    Sorelle Capitone-Pizzas and sea food
I went to a recommended Italian restaurant in Milan that serves pizzas and sea food. Price is not expensive (40 EUR for 2 people, with 2 pizzas, desserts and coffees) and service is very good and friendly and quite quick...once inside (you have to queue a bit outside to have a table. It shows how popular it is, and it is worth it!) The lady in charge of organising, Manuela, is fun (speaks at least Italian, French -lived there- and English I heard). Tell her that you come from Easy Expat :-)

Wine bar of the year-must go for an aperitivo
EasyExpat organised an event in this wine bar (winner of wine bar of the year in Milan) on the 9th October 2006. Wine is delicious and the list changes every week. I had a fabulous Maime (Negroamaro), but I had the opportunity to test 3 before choosing. Of course, as for any Italian apperitivo, we had delicatessen, olives and nibbles for free with the wine.

And last but not least, when I asked whether it was possible to buy wine bottles, the lady took me to another room. Looked dark at the start but when she put the light on it was amazing: 100 square meters with bottles: spumante, blanco, rosso,...
The shop area is open to 8pm (but you can go later from the bar). The bar is closed on Sunday and Tuesday.
