immobiliari). Expect to pay a global fee (agency + solicitor
- notaio) of 10%.
Most of the agencies can also arrange mortgage (mutuo)
for free but you might prefer to go directly to a bank.
It's also mandatory to subscribe an insurance for the
building.
Residents in Italy can get good rates and tax discount
when buying their 1st house.
As an example, a studio (30 sqm) can be sold for 120
000€ and a 1 bedroom might be 180 000€.
