• Gestione dell’amministrazione e della logistica della partecipazione di giovani francesi ad eventi scout internazionali (2007: Jamboree Inghilterra -1000 giovani, 2006: Roverway Italia – 70 giovani, 2005: EuroJam Inghilterra - 800 giovani, 2003: Roverway Portogallo - 400 giovani, 2002: Jamboree Tailandia – 150 giovani) e realizzazione di eventi regionali e nazionali (seminari, convegni, eventi di formazione): creazione e gestione di database, contatto con i partecipanti, sostegno allo staff di educatori, accoglienza, organizzazione logistica (trasporto, alloggio), interventi in eventi formativi, animazione di momenti informali, inviti e ringraziamenti.
• Gestione amministrativa e finanziaria: Bilancio preventivo, controllo di bilancio, rendiconto finanziario. Stesura e disbrigo delle richieste di finanziamento. Segreteria e gestione amministrativa della federazione: posta, e-mail, telefono, archivio, organizzazione di riunioni.
• Gestione e coordinamento di strutture in rete (5 sedi regionali, 5 commissioni, un consiglio d’amministrazione, un comitato di presidenza): sostegno ai componenti della rete durante le attività, comunicazione interna, analisi dei bisogni dei membri (con riunioni, questionari), organizzazione e conduzione delle riunioni delle commissioni di lavoro, mantenimento e sviluppo delle relazioni con i partner esterni (consulenti, fornitori, associazioni, Ministero della Gioventù)
• Comunicazione: Creazione di un bollettino informativo interno alla federazione, redazione e correzione di articoli, redazione di rapporti, verbali, comunicati stampa e discorsi, aggiornamento redazionale del sito federale: www.scoutisme-francais.org
