Dear sir/madam, I, a Hungarian citizen, am about to marry my Indian fiance, who is into marketing. After marriage he would like to find a job in the UK. Hungary is about to become an EU country in May so as my spouse will he be entitled to search for job and undertake a job there in the UK? Thank you for your answer, Zsuzsa

In theory, by becoming Hungarian, your future wife will be entitled to the same right as yourself. Usually there is a period until the same rights applies after marriage, usually 6 months in Europe, so you might have to wait a bit before to move.

However, as you might now, the current 15 UE countries are taking measures to avoid immigration waves from the Eastern countries. It has been a recent debate in England (<http://www.guardian.co.uk/eu/story/0,7369,1141347,00.html>) despite the fact that the EU commission doesn't believe that it will increase highly the current immigration level...
