Hope you guys out there can provide some answers if not, at least some clarity

My sister has been living in the UK for the past 3 years. Her first 2 years was on a working holiday visa and for the last year she's remained in the UK on a student visa. Her student visa will expire in April and she can't see herself going back to Singapore as she has built a life in the UK.

She is currently in F&B and works as a supervisor in a restaurant chain. She's been with the company for the past 3 years and has even been promoted internally. I've told her to speak to the management and ask them to apply a work permit for her but she has yet to get an answer from them.

She is now thinking of marrying an EU national (Polish) in order to stay in the UK. What I'd like to know is what are the implications to this and is there another way that she can remain in UK?
