I am a non-EU national but married here in Romania with a Romanian who is a EU national, we both want to relocate to the Nederlands to live and work, we both have job contracts but we are not sure about it yet. So first we will like to know the process of working there in Nederlands.

I know we both need a permit to work, First I want to know if we can both apply for residence/work permit when we get to Nederlands and what requirment is needed for that. Second do I need a visa to go with her to the Nederlands because I hold a Residence Card for Family Members which is valid for 5yrs cus most EU countries consider this type of permit as equivalent to a short stay visa in the EU countries according to EU Directive 2004/38/EC when travelling along with ur EU spouse within the EU member states. We visited Germany once with this together

Pls anyone should kindly reply me with infos and any advise will be appreciated, Also if I can get a link of agency or recruitment company that could help with both job and accomodation.
