Hello,

I have a H1B visa (valid until Sept 2009). My companie was bought by another one and I decided to quit.

I have another company ready to hire me (no relation with my study or my previous work).

Is it possible to transfer my H1B? do I need to apply for another visa? What are the possibilities?

Last question: I have read different information about the period I can stay in US after leaving the company that sponsored me for the H1B, 10 days or 120days? Do you have information about it?
