    Hello, I'm Brazilian and I'm going to Ireland soon! My doubt is unique and simple: I want to know if being there in Ireland, I can try to do a university? or it must be out of the country?

    So, from Holland you decided to move to Ireland eventually ? :)
    You should get the information on the different websites to be able to register first. And I would assume that your visa will depend on it (you need to apply for your visa as student outside of Ireland).
