    Hello I am in need of help please
    I am British citizen living in Italy paying British tax as I am self employed with my company based in UK
    I am planing on marrying my Ukrainian girlfriend this spring / summer
    I employed for a very big very successful secure Italian company and have a rolling 10 months a year contract as long as I like!!
    I am planing setting down and staying here for a good 15/20 years and hope to bring my future wife to live with me and raise children we plan on having
    So as I don't know a lot about getting my Ukrainian future wife A visa or living permit I am asking for any help you can!! Is best to try British or Italian visa or living permit!! Or any other option so we can be together.
    Any help at all I would be extremely Great-full

    Hello,

    That's a bit complicated. First if you are planning to settle in Italy, you should pay Italian tax and not British.
    Until you are married, you will have difficulties to obtain a visa based on your relationship. Even after you are married there will be rules (and a certain period of time before she acquires British citizenship) while although she can join as a family member (wife) of a EU citizen, you will have to provide evidence that you can support her etc.
