Hi Everyone,

My Boyfriend and I are getting married in the next two weeks......Like many others we are looking through the whole legal jargen to it all....I have had a look at the USCIS website and checked out the forms we have to fill in

1-539 (Application to Extend/change Nonimmigrant Status)
1-765 (Employment Authorization Document)

I have also seen that I need to get a "Biometric" (Finger print) done aswell....

Is there anyone on here that has successfully been through this process and would be able to give us some advice as it is really causing me to stress out and become a little negative......
