Hi good morning,

Trying to find a Dr Vincent Louis Martin, Med Lic 189 Zanzibar.
I was under the assumption he was a neurology specialist and now a General Practitioner in Zanzibar.
I was told he was in Belgium and had practiced there maybe in Brugges or Antwerp.
Any idea's how I can trace him on a professional level.
