It is not only a question of age... it is also about level. At 17 qui might prepare your A-Levels.

First of all, thanks for answering me. Well i searched a bit about it and it only says about the age What grade would you be in in England? Also i am intested in becoming a programmer so I am good with maths, physics and other similar subjects. (As for my English I do have a certificate (proficiency Michigan) )

Yep, this is what I said: at 17, you would be 6th form preparing for A-Level. However the problem is that thsi is usually a 2 years preparation so you would expect to pass your A-Level exams after 2 years of studying in England. Otherwise you need to get the equivalent degree in your country before to move to College or University in England.
