I am in the process of filling out my VAF4 settlement application so that I may join my wife in London (I live in our hometown of San Francisco, CA), however I just came across the update explaining that the age requirement for said visa has increased from 18 to 21, to protect against forced marriages. Unfortunately this comes at a bad time for us, because we are both under 21. I can provide stacks of documents and proof of our relationship. I'm wondering what the best thing to do in this situation. Thank you very much!
