    What Chinese visa crisis?

Your subject makes it sound like there is a crisis involved in getting a visa. There isn't currently a crisis. The last time there were issues was the National Holiday foreigners were not allowed to visit Tibet but days after the holiday ended on the 8th we were allowed to visit. During the Olympics China's Consulate office in Hong Kong was not issuing business visas. It caused a number of headaches for us expats.

I believe your post is better titled: Advise about papers while traveling in China and a company that is capable and willing to help you.
