    Hello everyone.
My wife and I are Chinese people.
We had been to Ireland for 4 years as student VISA.
We had a Irish born baby girl. She was born on 07/02/2003.
She is Irish. We did not apply for residency at that time.
    We left Ireland January 2005.
There is a case called Irish Born Child Scheme (IBC/05).
We missed your form which ended at 31/03/2005.
Now we are in Deutschland, I am running a small business here.
Is there any chance we can get residence permit from any EU country?

Are you sure your child is Irish? Being born their does not give entitlment to Irish Citizenship unless a parent or grand parent has citizenship.
