    Hello!

Is it difficult for expats to open a bank account in Switzerland ? Which documents are required? How long does it take to open an account?

What bank services are available in Switzerland ? Is internet banking or mobile banking an option? Are there any restrictions for expats regarding the services, such as loans?

Which bank would you recommend? Have you had any notable experiences, good or bad?

Please share your stories so other members can learn from your experience! Thanks for offering your advice and tips.

it can depend on the residence permit an expat has, if he is able to open a certain account but then the conditions are the same for everyone.
as to which bank to recommend, it is hard to recommend, since it depends on your profile, which bank is suited best for you.. if you want to compare banks, with its conditions and fees you can go to the free and independent comparison site: http://www.moneyland.ch/en/
