I study International Business and Management at Kozminski University and Bradford University. I am looking for expatriates that live in Poland to ask them some questions for the purpose of doing research for my dissertation paper.

The dissertation paper is about the pre-departure training that expatriates receive and how it helps (or not) in adjustment to life in a new country.

Here are examples of questions:
Have you had a pre-departure training?
How long was it?
Could you describe what parts did the training include?
Were you satisfied with a training when you received it or would you have changed it?
Do you think that the training helped you in better adaptation in the foreign culture?
What would you change about the training?
What were things that training did not prepare you to encounter?
What were the things that training helped you to face better?

Those are only examples of the questions.
THIS IS A CONFIDENTIAL RESEARCH therefore ALL NAMES of the RESPONDENTS will be KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
I will also provide all respondents with the final copy of my dissertation paper when it is done and the grade I have received for it.

If anyone would be interested in helping me in doing my research I would really appreciate it since it is very difficult to get hold of any expatriates.

The criteria for the expatriates I am looking for are:
- must work or have worked before in a foreign country for at least one year time
- must work for a company (not a university)
