    hello,

we are 2 (one girl, one guy) aged 19 and 23, and we would LOVE to go on hollydays during august (preferabelly starting the 4th of august if possible) for one week, but since the hotels are awfully expensive we're looking trough here if someone has a room for 2 persons or a studio for rent for one week. We are very respectfull, caring people, we don't smoke/drink/act in abusive ways, we just want to go on vacation for a price we can afford to pay.

If possible, somewhere in the center of London (first 2 zones).

If someone could help us out or give some helpfull replies, we'd be VERY grateful!

    Thanks in advance,

    Xander & Amandine

    Hi there,

I agree that five star hotels have their own luxurious features but for many business professionals and other traveler’s worldwide for a short term stay, a serviced apartment is the preferred choice.

I also think it would be hard for first time visitors to get a decent rental flat in London within their budget, especially in Central London as this is considered a prime location. However they can find good rental flats in other areas at reasonable costs. However I would like to recommend to you few good companies like Plazaestates and homes.com that can help you in making good deal. Check them out - their services are very effective for making starting out in the real estate market.
