I'm looking for an apartment in the CENTRE of Milan. I'm finding it very difficult to find a nice apartment in a good area for the money that I have. I am looking in the historic centre, also West and North of the centre. (by centre I mean the first circle)

I have up to 1000 Euros per month to spend (including Spezi) and am looking for a spacious (approx 50-70mm will be OK) bilocale with a terrace or large balcony, preferably in an older type building with furniture.

I need the apartment asap for long-term rent.
