    You are living in Chile, or you used to live in Chile. How did you decide to move to Chile?

    Help the community and share your experience in Chile. :idea:

    Was it a difficult move? Was it complicated to find a job in Chile? To find an accommodation in Chile?

    Did you have some visa/immigration issue to go to Chile? Or maybe everything was organised by your company for professional move?

    :arrow: You can share here the different steps of your move in Chile. What would you recommend to people who would like to live in Chile?

    Our family chose to move to Chile because
    1. the government is small and stable and not in debt
    2. the economy is growing and producing with exports exceeding imports
    3. crime is low and it is safe pretty much everywhere but some sections of Santiago
    4. population density is low outside the city
    5. social unrest is very minor
    6. the cost of living is reasonable and comparable to the cheaper areas of the US
    7.more freedom and less taxation then the US
