Iam N.Durga prasad and iam indian,living in italy,venice.Iam a student here and iam doing masters in information technology,this is my second year.

My question is:

me and my girl friend are in relation,since one and half year,unfortunately iam going to discontinue my studies and i wanna live with her. She is italian.

Am i able to apply living relationship visa in italy and what is the process
