Dear All,

I have intention to find a job in the media/broadcasting sector in Sydney and I would like to know on how to get about doing so.

1) Do I need to apply a work visa / or maybe just a tourist visa and then job hunt in Sydney?
or
2) Can I actually just apply the job through the internet and perhaps come down for an interview or have an interview over the phone?
and
3) How do you apply work visa? Do you apply it yourself online? Or do you need go down to Australia to apply or can the company apply it for you?

What is the culture for job hunting like in Australia? Are there special format for Resume or Cover Letter to adhere to?
