    hI,

    currently i am in india i will be travelling to Uk on WP visa on march 18th..as soon as i reach Uk i am planning to apply canadian immigration.
    What are the constraints /issues i will face like
    1) Do I need to stay for minimum period in uk before applying for canada.
    2) What is the processing time and amount i shud spent on this.


    please reply asap.

    why don't you just apply for Canada directly? it's easier to imigrate to canada than to uk, i don't think you'll get an easy pass like uk people get cause u ain't british

    I think jayo2k4 is absolutely right. If you are planning to go Canada then it would be good advise for you.
