    Hello and welcome!

Buying property abroad can be quite intimidating, even if you have lived in Thailand as an expat for years! Some questions you may have…

Can a foreigner buy property in Thailand? If so, is it complicated? What is the process for purchasing property? Is there anything a foreign buyer should be especially aware of?

Have you been through the process? What advice can you give to other expats in Thailand looking to buy - either a home or an investment property? Do you have a check-list or tips you can provide?

    Thanks for sharing! :)

    Hello,
There are many laws about the real Estate in Thailand. The best advice is to have a local lawer who can speak your mother tongue.

Foreigners can own a property easly in Thailand if it s a condominium, but it's quiete differente if it's an house.
You can see more information about that here : http://immo-thailand.blogspot.fr/

A lot of reasons forces foreigners to come to Thailand to explore its beauty alongside purchase a house or an apartment as well for them in this exotic place of nature.

The average cost for living is a fundamental concern for most of us. So, for spending life after retirement, foreign people can relocate to different parts of Thailand like Hua Hin where the average cost for basic living is much lower.
