I don´t know if I´m in the right forum so if I´m not can you please tell me where to write this.
My girlfriend is from the Czech Republic and at current she cannot work like an ordinary EU national until MAY 1st 2006. She was told that either she has to get a work visa which means 8 months of going back to the Czech rep. and applying for it with a contract from a spanish company OR if she starts her own company she can work for herself. She is looking at starting her own company because if she does then her company can be contracted and she can work that way.
Is this an option that can be explored and does all she need to do is register the company to make it all legal?
As usual the Spanish authorities are not very helpful in giving information and help. Are there any companies that specialise in this type of thing?
She understands that lawyers will need to be involved and she has the funds for that.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
