I will be in San Lorenzo de El Escorial for some work and some vacation on March (may be beginning of April). During my first visit of Spain, I would like to hear anything that would be great for a 29-year-old man who likes hiking, skiing, cycling and running. Any companion? Language or age doesn't matter. By the way, I may pay some pocket-money (do not write me and ask 100 Euros it is just pocket money) to a student or an unemployed or a housewife, who has free time, to guide me thru the region. I am also expecting to eat some traditional foods so I am open to any dinner suggestions
