I met my girlfriend who is a uk citizen whilst on a six month holiday in London. I overstayed by three months but have now returned to Australia. We have only been together about 5 months but we miss each other terribly and i want to go back and live with her. I have already used my 2 year working visa and we were thinking i could come back on a fiancée or partner visa. We're engaged but we havent been together that long so we dont want to rush into a civil partnership until we've been together longer. I lived with her for 3 months but i wasnt on any tenancy agreement. Does any one have any advice on what we should do and if you think we could pass for a fiancée visa or any thing else...?
